Your Order Cancellation & Return Rights
You are entitled to cancel Your Order or initiate a return within 30 days of receiving the Goods without giving any reason for doing so, in line with our commitment to friction-free possession.
The deadline for cancelling an Order or initiating a return is 30 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

We will process your refund no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement. Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The Goods were received within the last 30 days.
- The Goods are in the original, undamaged packaging with all tags attached.
- The Goods are unused, unworn, and in the same pristine condition as when delivered.
- You have the order confirmation, receipt, or proof of purchase.
In the spirit of accountable indulgence, the following Goods cannot be returned:
- The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
- The supply of Goods which, according to their nature, are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly, or where the date of expiry is over.
- The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery (e.g., cosmetics, underwear).
- The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

Returning Goods

Gifts
If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.
If the Goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver, who will be notified of the return.
Try Now, Pay Later Plans and Refunds
If You purchased Goods using one of our flexible "Try Now, Pay Later" structures (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly), our process is designed for simplicity and fairness:
- Upon initiation of a valid return, we will immediately notify our payment processor to halt all future scheduled payments for that Order.
- Any principal amounts already paid will be refunded to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned Goods.
- Non-refundable service fees or original shipping costs, if applicable, will be deducted from the refund amount. Any promotional discounts applied will be factored into the final refund sum.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your payment plan has been successfully closed and your refund has been issued.
